RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item, which is non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded.

DELIVERY TIME
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. We always strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING INSURANCE
For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Although we make every effort to ensure the safe delivery of your products, we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
At Gentlemen Made, LLC, we take pride in delivering your products safely and efficiently. However, in the unlikely event that a package is delivered and confirmed by the carrier but cannot be found by the recipient, we will promptly initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please get in touch with us at info@gentlemenmade.com within two days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement as soon as possible if the claim is approved.
