If you have any problems with merchandise purchased from www.gentlemenmade.com, please contact us at info@gentlemenmade.com upon delivery of your merchandise. Refunds and replacements only apply to purchases from www.gentlemenmade.com. Gentlemen Made, LLC. does not accept refunds or returns from other retailers selling Gentlemen Made products. Returns or replacements are subject to but are not limited to, the guidelines listed below.

RETURNS
Gentlemen Made must approve all returns or exchanges in the form of a return authorization number before the return or replacement is processed. To obtain a Return & Replacement Authorization number, email us at info@gentlemenmade.com. Please include your order number and receipt from www.gentlemenmade.com and the reason for the return.
All approved returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Credit card accounts will be credited upon processing the returned item(s); please allow 10-15 business days for receipt and processing of your return. The original cost of shipping will not be refunded.

REPLACEMENTS
Each product is inspected before shipment. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Replacement item(s) will be credited to the original form of payment, and a new order of the exact ordered item(s), pending availability, will be placed for a replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item(s) is not guaranteed. Please allow 10-15 business days for receipt and processing of your exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Any custom product.
  • Any product sold at wholesale prices (please notify us at the time of receipt of any damages or errors).
  • Any product that has been altered.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition or damaged.
  • In-stock items that are sold at a special price.

Please include your original order receipt from www.gentlemenmade.com, the Return & Replacement Authorization, and the returned merchandise to expedite your refund or exchange.
